psp sound mod

ok i want to mod my psp with a speaker on the umd door and some 2 leds(on the triggers) but don't know how to wire it all up i have search and found some good tutorials up to a point when they lose there pics

i want to use a lm386 chip, a 3 inch speaker,2 leds these from radioshack http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062552&cp=2032058.2032233.2032298&pg=1&searchSort=TRUE&y=12&retainProdsInSession=1&x=4&s=A-StorePrice-RSK&parentPage=family

The LED is too big. Get some 0603 SMT LEDS. The speaker will be too big for the UMD door. Get a 2 inch one.
