custom firmware help
« on: February 28, 2008, 03:21:37 PM »
ok so i want to get a custom firmware on my psp. So i found this site that explains it so i know alittle about the subject but one question.

if i use this installer http://calo-hacks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=399
its the second download button or should i use the third button?

So, can i use this with a unmoded psp firmware above 1.5 or do i need to downgrade to 1.5 to do this. Cuz in the readme it says "if you are using this installer with SE or OE then skip to step X"

does that mean i can use it with a normal say 3.03 fw or do i need to downgrade?

Thnx

Go to the "Pandora" section and look how to make a pandora battery. I know I was a little scared when I tried to put cfw on my PSP.

it depends on what firmware your on when you get it back, but most require you to buy a UMD or use Pandora

i cant help you unless you tell me WHICH FIRMWARE YOU ARE ON

go to system, goto system settings, go down to system info and tell me what it says under the version.

remember, dont ask you sill question again, tell me WHAT FIRMWARE YOUR ON
