Those are the people who created many LED Modchips way ahead of you. Also they are hell alot cheaper, 60 euros? Seriously.

E: kk the chip is 26 euro, but don't blame me if you link people into the wrong section.

65 euros??? :w00t: u gotta be kidding me guys, the mod chip is cheaper and thats a more advanced piece of electronics!!! but otherwise its awesome!!! and the sound mod looks brilliant with it

Still around 40 dollar. You get one at sickmods.net for half the price, half the size, and free candy you get a load of modding supplies.

Oh and the video clearly says "The first ever LED Modchip" and not "The very first LED Modchip made by us"

Just to get this straight, I am not trying to say that your product totally sucks and is bad, I just want to say that you might want to work alittle on it to decrease the size and maybe even the price as its just a PIC and a few caps.

yes it is pretty amazing but who needs all that  :censored: any ways pic a color and stick to it or put a couple of colors and switchs to choose which one u want much easier then paying that price and i don't trust them with my psp anyway

omg the sound reactive multicolor is absolutely amazing!i dont speak german so can you please tell me how much the chip actually is cos 65 euro is absolutely appauling and i'd be surprised if you got 2 customers,and may i ask what PIC do u guys use on them chips?

Well I think its cool but its footprint is on the big size. As far as the price is concerned, you all need to figure that it includes installation. Unless they release the multicolor chips as a kit (DIY), I doubt they will sell the number that they are looking for. I myself would never send my PSP to somebody. I would much prefer to do it myself.

BTW
If you really wanted to get multi color LEDs in your PSP you could buy 0605 RBG’s and a 7 color LED pen and go to town :P IMO. Now I know it wouldn’t have the same features but one day one of you guys that knows how to code a PIC will figure this out as for using the buttons to change how the chip reacts, well remember that buttons are switches too  :winker: (if you follow my drift). I have a great understanding of what they did to make this and I applaud them for their efforts but guys please. Price fair and understand that most ppl will not want to send you their PSPs.

Fufa he is actually correct in saying this is the first PSP led mod chip.  it's not the first led mod chip but it is the first made specifically for the PSP.

I will make a tutorial on how to make your own there are many programs out there using PicBasic pro all that is being done is regulating voltage to the led and blinking it at diffrent frequencies for diffrent colors.

I would like to see the sickmods mod chip in action on a psp ;)  I may want to get the one from sickmods.
