Used polar co-ordinates, wind from right, rotate wind rotate wind rotate wind and polar co-ordinates again.. basically.. i think you needa rotate rather than do from left and right for the wind so as the co-ordinates will be right but i dunno .... ill make a tut or somethin

remember with the wind you can hit control + F a couple of times to increase the lines the tut only has it once but indys pic is twice:

it should work man i used photoshop CS3 also.. are you sure youve done the right polar co-ordniates the second time.. also make sure youve rotated it back to normal before you use them.

Also sometimes it will not do the effect if the aspect ratio of the image is strange, or is too big/small.

got it to work i relised that i was using a 3 letter word but anyways in the next sig i make i might include it i still cant figure out how to get a it with a transparent background any pointers?

Also if you go to layer > new adjustment layer > color balance you can get a far better tone or coloring for your text
