Completely free sip voip provider??

I'm looking for a completely free one, no hidden charges, and no credit card needed. Anyone know of one?!

I'm using
voipcheapcon, problem is, is that they are 1 minute calls only. I use it only for my DS, so that 1 minute limit doesn't apply to it, so I can talk all I want for free basically. If you're using it to actually make calls through your computer, then I don't know of a free one w/o any hidden thing.

Er...how do I use viopcheapcom?I got an account but I don't know how to do anything, I tested it on my computer and I need to buy credit...I'm confused lmao

Nevermind I got it!!!!!!!!! I just had to dial 00[1][my number im calling][my sip number]
I didn't know I needed my SIP number too.
