i was given a 360 that had rrod 2 days ago and now it is running perfectly and team xecuter have released there repair kit wich is just special heatsinks which i have orderd and will be putting in to prevent it happening again

i think almost every one of my friends has since they all had launch 360's. most of which red ringed in the last couple months. i got a Halo 3 edition and it NEVER gets above room temp.

thats because the Halo 3 edition is ugly and new.  It has the 45nm(?, maybe 65, not sure) chip in it which allows it to run cooler...

its exactly the same as your buddies 360's, the new boards came in later.

Only difference is an HDMI port and no red LED's

ALL 360's ARE IDENTICAL INSIDE NOW.

Elite, Halo 3, Premium, Arcade all have the exact same mobo, everything, its just a case/hard drive difference.
