PC wont boot
« on: April 02, 2008, 06:55:48 AM »
okay well i have been working on one of my computers for a while now trying to install cough cough osx cough and i already had windows installed and then i turned it off completely and unpluged the case and grounded my self out on the case metal. And then i installed another hard drive for the other os and went to boot it up and it wouldnt go past the screen where it says lan party  blah blah blah. And then i tried to get into bios and it wouldnt let me get in so i think maybee i should reset the cmos battery and i did and tried  to reboot.... no dice. so i think maybee it is a problem where the other hard drive is pulling to much power so i take the power and ide cable from it and try to reboot once again no avail. What do you guys think it could be?   I have also tried replacing the cmos battery with a new one.

Thanks for the sig dhuvrock2000
