Where to buy analog nubs?Hey

Hey i want to do this mod, but i have NO idea where to get extra analog nubs. the ones i find in stores are always the ps2 style ones.  can someone tell me where i can get a clear analog nub?

Thanks a lot guys for the responses.  im gonna get the whole analog stick device, but i still need a clear nub.  just the nub.  haha im gonna be honest, its for aesthetics.  so any of you guys have an extra clear nub?

sorry for the double post, and sorry for getting on topic right now.  does anyone actually have the joysticks that sniper posted?  because ive played a psp with a similar joystick, and it made it very hard to hit the down button.  i play a lot of fighting games, so i really need the dpad not to be obscured.
