Can any1 tell me whats wrong?

Ok so yesterday i finished puting on the clear cover for my psp.When i was removing the UMD door only the left side came out easily so that left the right side attached to the psp and the left sticking out.I think this might have warped the UMD drive a little bit but it looks fine.

Anyway to get to the problem ,when the psp reads a UMD it makes lots of wierd noises.
I have checked to make sure that its not the psp that makes the noises because i tested it by holding down the safety thing in side the UMD drive and it started reading (nothing) but no noise.

the clear cases sometimes have to be cut so they dont inter fere with the gears at the bottom or do u have any wires by them i had that prob i just moved my wires.

sounds just like mine did when i fitted my clear case.the gears for the umd drive interfere with the clear case as it isn't OEM. this pic shows what needs to be cut out

As the tut says, the pictured one is overly dremeled, but I always figured better to be safe than sorry and removed more plastic than needed...  Kinda weird seeing one of my PSPs in the clear case again, since I think I scraped that one for parts a while back...
