That means yes  . You can download 3.5 firmware from http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Firmware-3.50-(North-America)-PSP/pg/12/fid/13840/catid/163. I don't remember what folder you put the update in, but im sure you can find that somewhere, i think its UPDATE.

Search for 'NOOBZ 3.50 downgrader' on google and you should get some guides. You will need a copy of the game 'Lumines (1)', and a memory stick. If you need more help, someone probably will help you.

wedge, he wont have to update to 3.5 to downgrade, he just need the right downgrader

ok, ive looked around and wedge was sorta right, just you done have to update all the way to 3.5

the closest ive found is 2.80
