ipod touch stuck on white screen

my ipod touch is stuck on a white screen, i have no idea on how it happened, how can i fix it? thanks

yea you can restore it. Try plugging it in to your usb and see if it goes out of restore mode.

Yeah restore it, if it doesn't go into recovery mode straight away, you have to hold the power and center button untill something appears on the screen

hold the home button while plugging the usb cable into it

holding both buttons for like 7 sec is just a force shut down
