non responsive touch screen?

I temporarily fixed my ribbon cable issue, but the touch screen isn't doing anything ?

Well if the touch screen ain't working, then that means that the ribbon cable issue isn't fixed. That cable is infact the cable connecting the touch screen, so you'll know whether or not your ribbon issue is solved if the touch screen works or not. I'd try to use a game that invovles touching any part of the screen where it will show the spot you touched (MPH:First hunt). In any case, you'll have to retry to fix the issue and see if it can work. Good luck to ya mate

apparently this one is also missing the screen cover for the lower screen, would that affect it also?
