led swap

how can i do it to the slim? i tried to but the power led is always on even thou the psp slim is off. can someone tell me how to do it or draw me a diagram showing how to solder the leds the the 3 points.

try soldering the leds to short wires then to power boards and you accidentally soldered the power or the charge led neg- on the ground

look at this diagram for help

I had the same problems with soldering leds for my power light on my ds lite.  I used 0630 LEDs and kynar to solder it into place then carefully glued the LED to the middle, it worked.

I had anotherfriend attempt the same thing but he used a larger sized LED, both options work.

i just did it like the phat led swap i soldered the charging led to the bottom points and then soldering the negative side of the on led on the last point, then i just got a lil wire and connect the bottom (4.9v)point to the positive led side of the on led.
