This is my little teaser of one of my current projects, which I code named PSP-1500SS (some of you might have noticed the added image under my sig)... What's the code name mean? Well, I'm not going to give away all my secrets... So here's the Top Secret image:

As you can see I have darkened the image, but if you squint real hard you might be able to see something that might let you guess what it could be... I will be adding Top Secret images as the build gos on, but since I work so much during the week, and can only work on it during the weekend, the build will take longer than I would hope...

OK, a couple of facts I will divulge...

1. Flip screen, NO!
2. As we all know PSP-1000 models are the fat, and PSP-2000 models are the slim, so that might be a clue...
3. well I don't have a three, so yeah, there you go... Let the speculation begin! MWAHAHAHA! Yeah, I am an evil guy...

mabe a psp phat in a half slim case therfor being 1500 half way between slim and phat and ss is like like slim

1/2 PSP-1000 and 1/2 PSP-2000..... Hmmmm.... Well that might be part of it.... But only a part of the full mod... Ideas about adding LEDs... Nope, the only LEDs I will be adding will be the power/memory indicators, and the ones built into the screen back light... Touch screen... No I'm sorry, I wish, but that will have to wait until after this project...

hmmm could it be a slide screen just a guess but it could be if it isn't a flip screen

well im gonna guess that u r gonna combine a slim and phat 2gether(but dont c or know a reason as 2 why some1 would want 2 do that)or maybe a touchsreen like dedafmontuer said and it also kinda looks like ur doing something with the gps thing cause what looks like its sticking out of the psp

Sliding screen? Now why would you guess that? Is it? Who knows? Oh right, I do... LOL Combining PSP-1000 and PSP-2000 together? Maybe yes, maybe no... Maybe I just threw that one out there to trick people... I will tell you this, there are components of each the PSP-1000 and the PSP-2000, but which ones? How many?

Sliding Screen fo sure, im not sure about the SS part, A Slim mobo, inside Phat Case, And UMD Drive under screen , so you slide screen up and change UMD.

Well, I'm confused... and I don't think its a sliding screen b/c if you look close (like he said) that top square is not attatched and it has the home bar on it...

(not the GPS XD) So maybe a detatcheable screen?

mabe its a phat psp given the slim ablility for tv output, you could remove the screen and plug into your tv

It looks like a psp and nds put together. 2 screens, bottom one touch screen, the top one for viewing. Folds shut like a nds to.

The screen receives wireless/wired video signals and the buttons act as a gamepad for a PC? Possible?

folklord is right, I did reveal this way too soon, but what can I say? When it comes to this project I just can't stay closed mouth about it... But you know what? Now that it is revealed (to an extent) I might as well run with it... Let me say this, what you can't see from this image is that the case (both face plate and back plate) has rounded edges, in order to give it the look of a PSP-2000... Now this doesn't give away all the answers, as I had planned, but it does give you all enough of a hook to keep you interested... Could this be the extent of the PSP-2000 model influence on this mod? only I know exactly (even those that know, don't know, since I could easily change my mind at any moment, and not tell anybody at the last moment...)
