Quesion regarding the new SMD Sound Mod Boards
« on: May 29, 2008, 07:51:15 PM »
Hey, so i just saw the new sound mod boards by King and Cyber.

I didnt exactly find a good description of what it does to what it is.. So i just have a few questions.

What does it do?
Do i still need resistors and lm386?

Or is the board supposed to have everythign on it so i just have to solder leds and power?

Thanks.
having a higher post count doesn't earn respect in the forums, quality posts do.

thanks,

The board makes it easier to do the sound mod and takes up less space then the regular method. You do not need resistors and the LM386 if you use the board. All you do is connect wires to the board and connect them to your speaker, and LEDs, and ground.

All the components are already on their, just in SMD form, making it smaller and easier
