1.50 KERNEL ADDON
it appears that Dark Alex and the M33 team have decided not to abandon the 1.50 kernel after all despite mentioning this in forums all over the web. For those of you who have updated, applying the kernel could not be easier, just a matter of copying it to the memory stick and running it. the 1.50 kernel allows you to play homebrew applications which are for 1.50 firmware. deatiled instructions on how to install can be found in the readme

4.01M33-2 UPDATE

Dark Alex and the M33 team have released an update to their latest firmware 4.01M33. though it appears there are no major improvements or updates such as save state or in xmb recovery it does however have minor bugfixes. you can update via M33's network update on your psp or download from the link below.
