lol dude your funny. you only have 15 post and just joined the site. Hey VOX should have one of the two positions he has just as much in site and knowledge wen it comes to photoshop flash and so forth. He has support from indy and ken they both would valtch for his capability.

I've been watching Chase and his artwork seems a hella lot better then most artists here, I haven't really seen Vox's artwork, so I can't really say anything about him, though.

Vox has got some cool techniques dont get me wrong. I dont know anyone on this site that well so obviouosly I cant make this sorta decisoon

its shame sim's not more active, he was the head of the art team pre-ken

indy was co-head simply because he was mod for this section, so we really dont need two heads, whoever scores local for this section gets it imo

we try to base it mainly on skill and dedication, but we do take some consideration of time here as we want to know that someone is likly to stick around and plus you need to get to know a member (and you seem very eeger which is good). think of the time as a regular member as the trial time you would get in a job to see how you are and how you interact with others so that we get a taste of what you might be like as a staff member.

But he can't promote, or demote. Maybe he decides on projects but then would it not be more likely he had been told what needs done and then he delegates?

Well, I feel that lately the art team has broken off and people are doing there own thing. The next leader should arrange more projects ect. to get the art team out there and get the over all activity up?
