Ok Let me tell you a story of how I became what I am / was whatever you want to call it.
The art team was oging through a really rough patch when i joined, noone was willing to help anyone. Kenshinffx gave me the chance to help the site and saw that I was dedicated from the start because I helped him without asking for anything in return, I was a key role in teh AM PSP theme production. I was then giving the oppurtunity to be a master artist, then local mod, then global mod well you know my history
What I read here makes me sad for multiple reasons,
Chase, Youre a great artist jsut work on your outbursts. i'd say youre one of the best on the site atm which is quite simply amazing for a beginner i'm thoroughly impressed. Im not having a go because you have been really happy and friendly then had one outburst and it got worse. Just work on it ok.
I want you all to stop comparing him to me for one thing I was never that great I jsut had the title and you all loved me cos i was teh awesomeness :3 lol
Sniper you were out of line with him, He tried to explain and you jsut shot him down like a hooker in a bad part of town, Bang! All the monies R myn!!! AS a friend, and a once fellow staf fmember work on reading things from all poitns of view and you will go much farther.
Also from what i read Chase wasn't begging for a staff position he was jsut showing that he was excited to be competing for one, thats not somehitng he should be shot down for. Sure hes a bit arrogant but Jeez give him a break like talos said.
However I am not happy with what I read about you Talos. You make it seem like hes plotting treason or some
, blowing things way out of proportion which needs to stop also I read somewhere he still has a long way to go to become as good as me or somethign to that effect. That in all fairness is BS jsut because hes a beginner doesnt mean he ahs a long way to go, i'd say hes pretty much equal to what took me 6 months to achieve yes he can still improve but for a beginner hes really good. Im not saying praise the
out of him cos that leads to egotistical mini hitlers which noone wants D: But dont be so negative, dont scare him a way form a site or away from somethign he obviously has a great passion for.
The same thing that I thought everyone who is active in this board had a passion for, a passion for art. It is all about the art after all. keepn' it pretty :3
At the same time what you did by giving him a break and defneding him was good it brought a tear to my eye, a very small tear, like micro, like jsut visble by a microscope at the same zoom that you would need to see fibres of paper or a micro organism. but a tear none the less

This contest is a great idea Robin good Job however I agree that one leader shouldnt control all beacuse it is all about the art you need views from all the best liek a panel of art pwnz0rs.
IChase if youre as good as they say you ar I believe you will go far, Just work on the attitude. And if you so much as think of replying to this post with "a flamey response" Then I will take you downtown and do the deed o_O
