Wanted better internal antenna - no wifi now?

Hi there,

I've a strange problem: I modded a internal antenna of a buddy (simply soldered a wire to the soldering-point on the antenna itself (not the jack, the antenna in the top left next to the topscreen)). But now, there isn't any is only a very bad wifi-connection.

Any idea why?

It probably wasn't soldered correctly, or the wire that is suppose to be connected to the antenna itself is damaged or the wire somehow got  loose. You have to try to fix the black wire before trying anything else, as that of course is the only antenna source it has, and just with a little touching, can drop that signal to practically 0, and yeah it's happened to me, since I soldered a radio antenna to it XD
