on a new layer.

Ctrl + A, select>Modify>contract by 2px
Ctrl+shift+I
fill with white, ctrl + D

Ctrl+A, select>modify>contract by 1px
ctrl+shift+I, Delete

in your layers panel set it to overlay :)
