N64 to Wii/Gamecube converter box

I pick up a wii a few weeks ago and have to say I've found I really only use it for the VC games. Playing Zelda and Mario64 etc with the classic controller is pretty pants so I looked into getting the N64 controller working on the Wii.
After a bit of research I found www.raphnet.net a very cool site. He sells pre flashed chips for converting lots of diferent controllers to the Wii so I sent of some paypal moola an waited about a week. Pretty fast shipping.
The wiring was extremely easy and worked flawlessly first time.

If your interested in using older hardware with the Wii I highly recommend these pcbs.

PS I also put one of the prototype PulseVU2 chips in the Wii too, but I didnt take any pics of that.

Yeah I totally recommend doing this it works perfectly, he does versions for nes/snes too. I took the socket of an old N64 mobo and just cut the other one off. Its pretty simple inside.

Edit: I have no idea what my friend code is. I actually haven't played many of the wii games yet only the VC old school stuff. But I do have zelda, although Id have to say its not the best one I've played.

Honesty, I must just be retarded, I have no idea how to set up a friend code or even where the menu for it is.

My beards actually pretty tame right now. It was truly fearsome a little while ago, but I could tell that people weren't sure if I was a homeless guy or not, so figured it was time for a trim. Man I am getting off topic, sorry.

Go onto the message thing (bottom right of the screen).
Then its something like write new > Address book (at the top is your friend code)

Sorry its a bit vague but my wii is 3 floors away lol.
