I got the same sorta problem. Except when i wired an unresisted led to the wifi and to the ms resister and the led obviously burned out...then after that my ms led didn't work either :( and now i try to do a led swap with the wifi and it worked fine for about 5 minutes then it went dim and i know the led isn't burnt out because i tested it when i un-soldered it...

It should just be a matter of resoldering the leds or getting new ones. I don't think you can blow anything up (unless your going mad with the solder iron, i'm known to do that, lol) have a look around the area you have worked on to see if there is any damage.

use desoldering braid, u place it on the solder, and heat up the other side with your soldering iron and thats its. simple

So it seems alot of you are having issues with the ms and WiFi led swaps, heres a pic that really helped(thankx to 4dP)

Now heres mine already done, i used a 0603 red LED(be sure to use 0603 leds as they are the best choice for all around psp use)

Yeah I've been busy with school >.>. Also if you've seen my other posts I made a while back you'll know I have a problem with my d-pad not working. But I got it to work one day when I was playing round so I didn't really want to play with it any more. And as you know the resister I need to bridge it directly under it xD. So I'll get to later, just wanted to confirm thats what I need to do.
