You need to buy the expensive dev app thingy maker program that's for macs only lol, then apple needs to approve your app and all this then you get it in I think. That doesn't mean you'll make money xD

actually you download the free full iphone development software package from apple, (you need to of installed the developer software that comes with mac os x on the install dvd first though), then you need a special developers licence to aprove and sign your iphone apps with ($99 i think) then you submit your app to apples app store for there very inconsistant aproval process, wait 4-8 weeks and your app (as long as there were no problems) should appear in the app store for people to purchase for whatever price you set (apple gets 35% i think)
