online problem wont sign on

is anyone having a prob with there psn connection
i tryed my wifi and my lan cable
wifi says i have 47% and it takes 25% for me to connect
and on lan its 100%

but it wont connect
i wanna know if its just me

i know how to sign on and all im not a n00b at this

In the UK it is fine, 2 PS3's on same connection, signed in.

same here but worked after i updated to 2.42
