Sleeper Rapid fire on matrix board Help

I got my CG wired and working perfectly, but I can't get my friends matrix board to work.  I'm thinking maybe my connection to the sync switch isn't that good is there any other points that i could connect too?

I got it guys I was wired up to the wrong point for the power at the bottom, I was looking at the wrong pic.
