wire the - of the led to black wire on the speaker and the + to the brown/gray wire..... thats it... you dont need anything else... no resistors, no chips, nothing just wire and leds.... and it can run a load of lights i myself have about 10 leds wire this way.....

and bytheway use the search button and this is the tut for it its just on the 3rd page of this section lol..

its not isn't bright it isn't as bright and not as reactive
although direct is good enough to you want it to blink

getting old is mandatory growing up is optional.

I think direct contact is actually better.

Im not saying lm386 sucks but direct is easier, and in my psp at least, brighter and more reactive.

The only bad thing is the only way to turn on off is using a dip switch or they are always on.

But if you use LM386 you can wire to wifi or hold and more leds.

And the tut isnt in the Tut section because they arent watermarked.

If someone can help me out, (Ghost?) then be my guest lol

And crashy that psp is direct?!

one more advantage of using direct connection, is that you can use multiple colors:P =) with the lm386 u gotta add resistors!  and reduce the entire performance. i actually had a lm386 fry up cuz of multiple colors>.>
direct connection is the way to go for multi color XD

thanks man =) their so much more potential with direct connection, i maxed out the chip at 10 chipz (5v isnt enuff to power more)
direct connection can power a 110v speaker pretty sure it got enuff power to do the leds =)

It should be fine with more if wired in parallel, I thought.

nope direct connect =) gotta love it , i just put the theory(if it can power 110 watt speaker) must be alot of voltage and amperage to magnify that coil =)

I like this picture better tan the guide because i could just solder them to the mobohttps://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=4650.0

People say its more brighter and more responsive. I got the chip now... and well, to me i like the chip better but its kinda a hassle to install it. It depends on what people like.
