a jewel is a circular peice of plexiglass that is cut to fit into the UMD door of a psp. they often have designs in them and are lit with LEDS

That is correct, using a dremel preferably, but Id recommend reading up on it about it, and maybe watching a few videos, because you dont want to make the hole too large, or you will need a new umd door.

if you're gonna do it yourself, read up very very very carefully...or you could buy a pre-done door with a jewel already in it

its a tool used for cutting, drilling multipurpose small craft needs

they're super convenient, i got mine for 45$ a few years ago

changable heads for different needs, like a sander for sanding off an annoying peice of plastic that prevents your computers screen from tilting past 90°.

A thing to remember is also that the Company that makes dremels is, ironically, called Dremel. So when you're looking to buy one, make sure it's made by Dremel or, well, it's not a dremel lol
