ISO games for m33 4.01
« on: August 27, 2008, 06:11:20 PM »
I can't seem to get any games to work on my PSP (fat) with the new m33 4.01 ISO. Do I need to do anything special to the ISO/CSO games in order to get them to work? DO I need to load any additional firmware to my PSP other than the ISO.

There have been problems loading backups on the new firmware by some people, you best option is to downgrade to a more stable version like 3.71m33 or 3.90m33 those should work for most of your backups. I would reccomend 3.71m33 as the only real updates since then are skype and gomessenger which dont benifit many people.

Have you tried pressing select while in the XMB scrolling down to the 'UMD iso mode' option and changing to M33 driver? That worked for me

Or just hit Select in the XMB and go down to UMD ISO MODE or something like that. If that doesn't work, try what BOBNESS said and switch it to M33 Driver. Personally, I have mine on M33, but it used to only work with Sony Np(Random numbers here). And I do have 4.01 M33.
