A question regarding resistors for the psp trigger mod

I needed the 10 Ohm resistor for the trigger mod, but when i looked on Ebay, they had like a million different resistors with things like "   
1 MEG ohm Trimmer Trim Pot Variable Resistor 3296" or "10 Meg Ohm Bleed Resistors Tesla Coil 1/2 watt".  So which 1 should i get...
