so the stock 360 dpad is horribly unresponsive. to solve this problem i cut up an old ps2 controller and put the dpad on my 360 controller

and it looks great. its one of those clear blue ps2 controllers so i put leds in it. there will be pictures of it lit up when i put the controller back together

im gona make it cleaner later, with glazing putty and whatnot but its playable and thats fine for now
