Button help
« on: September 03, 2008, 05:20:37 PM »
Ok, if I have a power button that needs to be held down for the item to be on, is there a way to make it so it only needs to be hit once, not held down?

Not really what I'm asking. I'm saying the power switch for the device needs to be held down for it to power on. Is there a type of switch or something that can be pressed once (momentary) but the signal is held down?

I think i get what your saying.

My PC speaker to turn on you push in and it stays in and on but i don't know what you would call that or where to buy.

But maybe someone can understand the switch im explaining?

Yeah I have that. I need to be able to make it so its just a short signal sent to it (momentary switch for example) and it would turn on and stay on as if that button was in.

Point blank, gamecube. Is there a way to do what I want to a gamecube >_>

Reset is a momentary switch, obviously not that. I need to convert the power button to a momentary switch for something, but it's an on/off button so idk how to do it
