PS3 Rapid Fire without Chip

For the xbox 360 there is already a way around not spending 30$+ for a chip, just solder in a tactile switch.

IS there such a mod for the ps3 yet?

If you read the other topics, you'd know it's a no because the PS3 controller doesn't use PWM.

Thank you guys for your replies, I have looked all over and I can only find chip sets and kits for the xbox 360.

There is one on ebay for 35$ and that is a rip off!

Use the AcidMods store for 360 chips.
There's no PS3 chips here yet. Don't buy one off eBay. Wait a little for a few of our members to finish the PS3 rapidfire. Search.

How much common sense does it take to realize rapid fire means....rapidly firing...
Yes it works. It makes it fire rapidly. Faster. Wow.

But, if it's coded into the game with limits, then no you can't. Ex: Halo3 for 360.

yeah i dont understand how people think that a PIC in a CONTROLLER can h4xz0r a game to make ALL guns shoot at 100 shots per second.....    :nono:

I can't belive how many people ask the same :censored:ing question. ANd if its not there they want it then.

And if it cant be there then, they keep asking. And then when they have to pay they want to know, Why?

People don't UNDERSTAND, how long something like perfecting a rapidfire can take?
