wii homebrew help

hey my friend has a wii and i helped him install the homebrew channel on it but he cant figure out how to run homebrew on it and i just need to know so i can help him his firmware is 3.10u or something like that

you should format your sd card or delete everything on it and make an apps folder in the root of the sd. in the apps folder you'll need to put every app in a folder (example..... X:apps/duckhunt/boot.dol  OR X:apps/duckhunt/boot.elf). make sure the bootable files (.dol or .elf) should always be named boot.dol/boot.elf...
