I recommend sticking to a strict high-protein-no-carb-low-fat diet with your regular physical exercise,I've been on one for the past few years,combined with regular protein (whey) shakes and a thorough workout,also drink masses of water (1.5 litres per day),this will eliminate water retention,tighten skin,and thus improve the definition and growth of muscles and get rid of most remaining fat,remember sugar+protein=fat,multivitamins and other supplements+sugar=fat,so little or no sugar!and don't drink beer or soda on a regular basis,as in only drink either at the weekends or something,or stick to hard liquor XDthere's me when I was 14,you should see me now XD(im not that pathetic that I would photoshop the picture,so if you think I did,go screw yourself)Keep up the good work dude,I wish my dad was cool as to work out,he just sits on the couch all day and eats junk food
