inputs usb -- output ps2. just like a ps2 to ps3 converter, but backwards. ill pay someone and give you the parts.

such a thing does not exist as alot of controllers use their own special drivers,a driver would have to be written for all non-HID compatible joysticks,and even so programming a usb controller to do this kind of job would take serious developing and coding skills,impossible dude,100% without a doubt impossible,that is,unless you got a few grand to spare

Well the 18F range of PICs have built in USB, so not too hard.
