Controller Help

Hey i am doing the ABXY mod on my wireless controller this time. Im having some issues with it idk if i wired it right or not but also as well when i removed all the wires that were attache the the leds i had connected to it not my xbox when i try turning it on it dies like 2 sec after idk if that the batteries im gonna check on it. But i think im doing the wiring wrong for this wireless controller.
