Erm.. Im not sure, but I dont think there IS a case on it. I think he took it apart, and stuck it in for the effect. Correct me if Im wrong.

ndru is right...

He just ripped the battery's front off and put it in a clear case to make it look clear..

yep i ripped the whole battery apart and just taped it in there...i didnt leave it like that because i turned that batt into pandora then it broke llool

You can make your own using the tut for making buttons in the 360 section.

If u want a clear battery just rip the back cover of the battery exposing only the circuit which is all you need.

If you want clear buttons go to dealextreme.com there 5$ i think not sure but something close to that
