If it's been longer than 2 days, I would email help@gamestop.com with your receipt transaction #, email address, the name that's on the deposit. I did that for myself and a friend and got the code the same day. I did this after waiting 2 business days. Also, if you don't think the gamestop sales person got the right email address, go to
http://www.gamestop.com/codbeta and enter your info there.
