Request: Connect the Wii to a Flatscreen via D-SUB(Component Video)

Hi,
i own a Wii with the HBC b9. I want to connect my Wii to my flatscreen. Would it be possible to solder the wires from the component video cable to a D-SUB 25pin female connector? If it is possible, how would the pins settings are?
