Whats the best laptop you could find

im lookin at a dell xps 17in. screen m1730 model to be exact
2.8ghz cpu 650gb hd all in a lappy

but i think ima stuick with the Asus EEE PC 1000HA

Yeah, Falcon Northwest is about as top of the line as you can get.  Even their paintjobs are amazing (For the 500+ you spend on it they better be!)

why not get the AtomChip Notebook by the atomchip corporation who have built--a notebook computer that boasts a 6.8GHZ CPU and 2TB of non-volatile Quantum Storage (in place of a hard disk).

Actually u can put together a laptop as OCZ has a barebone kit.

You do realize fps isn't entirely based around cpu speed right? Cpu speed is only to run it, fps is all graphics cards (I'm 99% sure).

That thing won't even run crysis at 1fps, with this graphics card...

hmm yea fps is not much by cpu but hey this thing can still probably run crysis.....

That's crappy!
I'd be surprised if it hit 5fps...

And again graphics card memory isn't everything either...
If they were putting their own memory in they would need to redesign the chip and stuff I THINK...

wow you do realise that the atom laptop i posted about was a hoax lol it isnt a real thing.

also you can build laptops i remember doing it at a computer shop i did some work at a few years ago there a pain to put together

My dads got that laptop. Dual 8800 GTX's in SLI.  Its awesome and it runs games great!
