Hold activited LEDs

Hey i have another problem. When i followed this tutorial:https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=22476.0 I got the leds working and all. But when I put the lcd cage on tight my leds turned off. So I checked my connections and everything seemed fine. But when I put it all back together my leds are now really dim compared to before. Any advice on how to fix this is appreciated.

Wow Guys awsome tut's there pretty good i wish when i started modding i would had know this and wouldent have pwnd my first psp
