1. You take one wire leading to the positive, then you take 15 wires, solder those wires to the one wire, and then solder all your positives to the positives of the leds. Then you do the same for the negatives.2. You mean method? Well I think you just solder the wire onto the lead....3. Yeah, one to positive one to negative... If you're asking about the two wires with resistors. I have no clue what pins 3 and 4 are for, but you said with resistors, so yeah.
That is a pretty messy way to do it NO DISRESPECT towards BUSTINTHEJUSTIN but ya i use to do it like that to but now i do it different i will take a pic of my recent project to show u how i do it let me just finish wiring up the leds and wat not
