i dont know about SD instead of MS Pro where the slot is, as the akari goes above that board. dual nub = oh yeahhh, speakers  , ill see if that dual SD reader for the UMD drivespace, about prices.

Yeah i agree with Alien on this one. External Controller doesnt go for him Start warming up with trigger mod or such then every day or two change stuff around until you can mod again (Have you modded before?)

And honest the Akari is a hard install,

 One of the hardest mods on PSP next to the external controller.

to be fair lads, im ambitious, and i dont want to do an external controller. akari, i think i can do it. just need a smaller point soldering iron, and a set of helping hands.

cant get stuck on super easy mods all the time, im taking the plunge

just gotta save up some wages.

You don't want to go too small, the side of a soldering iron tip is used for soldering, not the end.
You should pickup a microscope, would help, maybe a variable temp iron too.

Dude..That multi-color led modchip is the best thing iv'e seen 
I say go for it. It wouldnt be too hard if you had pretty good soldering, wire management skills.
I will do that one day

tbh i can pick up a phat pretty cheap nowadays, so if i break it it wont bother me too much.

don't do the undiluted platinum..... its worthless if u already have cfw...... why go hrdmodding when you can get the same results much easily and cheaper with softmod lol... and yea do the AKARI mod.... its sweet... or try an internal cam or a spinner would be cool...or a speaker...its up to you

Do internal cam, Akari, bunch of led mods (triggers, speakers, buttons, swaps, door, etc.) and then top it off with a sweet jewel from Ken. I think push activated triggers would look pretty sweet too


Bhawan, I think the undiluted platinum is useful in some cases even if you do have cfw such as when you destroy your flash in an unrepairable way.

or you could go all out with the umd door and put a speaker in and somehow have a jewel that lights up with a spinner over the top, now that would look cool XD.
