ok, you can use either paint or photshop to edit this.

depending on how good you are, i would use photoshop.

but if your new to phot editing, use paint.

I understand its not a English Class, but if you learned to spell people would be able to help you about  a hella lot more 

If you got $600+ to spend photoshop. Paint is a lot harder to use, GIMP is hard to use ive been told but its much better than paint and its completely FREE, ect ect..

Just Google around for free photo editing programs and such.
