I was pretty dead set on making a Dead Kennedys themed sig. I searched for the logo, and well the quality wasn't great, most of the decent sized ones had grey backgrounds. I knew which photo I wanted to used so I got that.
So then I opened up GIMP, and spend a good 20 minutes getting a good render of the logo to use. I created a new image using the photo and hit a brick wall as to what to do.
I have this so far (don't worry, the gloss and black background are layered, so removable, and the slight compression artefacts are only to reduce file size in this example)

Any ideas where I can go from here? I'm stumped!
