How Do I Unbrick My DS Lite

Well i recently bricked my DS. I heard in order to unbrick it you need some sort of Back up files. Well i dont have those "files". So if any one is kind enough to give them to me or tell me were i could get them that'll be AWSOME

if anyone can help Dark_Daniel then PM him.  He will also see that this has been locked after saying that we suck after not helping him in under 3hrs.  Hopefully he will learn his lesson and maybe someday he will be able to post a question and let people try to answer it before telling people they suck.
