The PARENTS are charged with child endangerment. The stupid kid STOLE the keys from his parents hwile they were SLEEPING. his dad is being held with out bail. For his stupid sons mistake. Who agrees with me?

welll... they did leave the keys within reach/easy access to the child so i can see how they could be blamed but it is a bit crazy for the parents to get the trouble they did get

It's the parents mistake... nothing points to it being the kids fault.
Learn the legal system =D Or whatever pertains to this.

I am curious,
1. How does the boy get ready while his parents sleep?!

2. Why is a 6 year old playing GTA?!

3. How the hell did he drive?! Was it a 5' 6", 6 year old?! Most kids i know that are that young wouldn't be able to gas and steer and see at the same time...

Also the Dad was released on 5,000$ Bond, unless the mom's name is David and the dads name is Jacqulyn

Lastly Who gives a flying F*ck?!

The sadest part of this was when I read "I play grand theft auto". Just reading that makes me think the parents are definitely irresponsible.

As long as you teach them right from wrong, there's nothing wrong with playing videogames like grand theft auto at a young age.
It all leads back to the parents, not the kid.

i agree with wolf and kicks its is what oyu teach your kids the only parents who blame violence on video games are the ones who are lazy and dont teach there kids write from wrong and that all stuff is in moderation

*shrug* It doesn't matter what parents teach sometimes. I know kids who have been exposed to things like drugs, alcohol, etc. It's not the same as video games, but it doesn't matter that their friends, parents, etc. say they shouldn't be abused/used, etc. They still do it. I suppose that's when you reach your teen years though, and a 6 year old wouldn't have such opinions on their own, but I still think that games as violent as GTA should be left till you're atleast 10 years old.

i dont blame GTA either, hell, i played GTA on the gameboy XD

but still. its not the parents fault the kid stole the keys to the car. the only good thing in this is that he crashed a Ford Tarus.

Any how, that is bull that they are holding the parents, it is in no way their fault! So technically if my 10 year old sister takes my dads 40 cal. pistol during the night and kills a bunch of people its my dads fault.... thats serioulsy bull

Yeah this is an iffy subject. There are a lot of views on this. Like

1. Kid took the car while the parents were sleeping.. That's not really the parent's fault
2. The parents left the keys in an area that is easily accessible by a 6 year old kid

1. Grand Theft Auto shouldn't be a game for little kids to play
2. It could be a game for little kids to play as long as parents teach kids at an early age what is right and what is wrong

Miracle here? A 2 foot tall kid managed to drive a ford 6 miles before crashing. WTF? I couldn't even reach the god damn pedals when I was like 10 years old. Also, I didn't know a six year old could figure out how to put the key in, turn it all the way, release parking brake, put the car in drive... He also managed to figure out which pedal was brake and which pedal was gas, before he drove into a tree at 50 mph. When I was younger I could never remember which was which when playing games. =\
