Any experience with them?

I personally dislike most moshing in favour of slam-dancing. Some people say that they are the same thing but they're not: slam-dancing is more about having a good time, with loads of movement, and stage diving; lots of stage diving. Injuries in moshing are sometimes a product of someone's malicious intentions whilst in slam-dancing its just some crazy person flailing his arms. I know people to have broken their ankles when mosh pits have formed, whilst all my slam-dancing experiences have been generally positive (people helping each other out, basically).

Slam Dancing defo (Y)
Had experience with Mosh pits and it always ends in pain if you get fully involved, slam dancing jsut gets everyoen buzzing (Y)

It's improved by the fact that concerts where slam-dancing starts up are often quite under-filled, so there's loads of room to move around. In that case the worst place to be is on the edge.

I like mosh pits. Generally, we help people up if they fall in local concerts.

The out of town concerts though, thats a different story.

given the size of the cambridge corn exchange, enter shikari was pretty good in the mosh. the whole venue turned into a mosh at one point, kinda like that wall of death only less organised xD
