new fat mod idea and attempt

you know those leds that go up and down to music, well i'm gonna try a put one in my fat only problem is i don't know what its called so i can't get a circuit diagram.  :help:

i think he is talking about those lines of leds telling how high the music goes. dont no whats its called tho.

you would need to make it smt to have any chance of fitting one in the psp. Not sure on a circut diagram brouse around, you can buy IC's which do most of the job for you.

Ya f00 used IC chip LM324 in his vu meter.

I agree with ghost, SMD would be the best way to go. Maybe even make a PCB for it?

that would be a great idea to put on the trim except you're going to have a hard time to find a clear trim or u can just drill holes in there and hot glue them to the wall

Some Ic's do almost all the job for you like the one jumbo said or one like this...

soz bout all the white space, I only had paint to work with.

try find a smt one and you will have to mount it onto a pcb, you will need a few other components probably.
