Both of them go to ground, your reading the diagram wrong, the polarity signs are towards the speakers

You sure the polarities were correct? Did you connect the fourth pin to a ground on the psp? You have to ground the pin...

....Okay you put the positive on the fourth pin on the right. Then, you don't even need to wire that to the fourth pin on the left, you just gotta wire it to a ground on the PSP. Then for the fourth pin on the left, you wire that to a ground on the PSP too.

U said that  i don't need to wire 4th left and then you said i need to wire to ground.. maybe you mixed up
so left 4th to ground on power board? and 4th right leds?
*EDIT* anyone has pics of how it's done

.... I meant 4th left goes to ground on powerboard, 4th right goes to positive on led. I just said that you don't need to wire 4th left to your led, but you DO need to wire it to ground. You already have a pic of how it's done. Your diagram is all the info you need... Here, if you don't get all those symbols, then read this.

This topic talked many times, I couldn't do that before, there's something different from older diagram

but let me clear you..

that above is actually right, led position - to the ground, if you don't understand what ground is, you can follow wifi switch, you may want to look on your mobo, there's a lot of ground point, ground is like -

positive + you can get from above analog, the left smd resistor
